RETURNS


Misstyx.com does allow exchanges and returns on full priced products only. Product must not have been worn or washed or altered. Also product must have original tags. Shoes and footwear returns must have the original box in the condition when it was purchased. Returns must be shipped backed to Misstyx.com at 400 E Hyman Ave # 2, Aspen, CO 81611 within 14 days of receipt.


Please contact Misstyx at 970.544.3842 for exchanges as soon as possible. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Misstyx.com will refuse a return if merchandise received is not in condition it was when purchased and is outside the 14 day period. Returns at Misstyx location in Aspen are for in-store credit only. No in-store refunds. Please insure and track your returns. Misstyx is not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise and packages. Once received you will get a confirmation email from us.


Refunds


Your refund will be returned to the original form of payment with 5 business days of return of receipt. Please check your bank for processing times.


SHIPPING


Misstyx.com uses USPS and UPS for shipping. Orders placed before 5 pm on a business day except Friday will be shipped in 2 business days. Orders places on Friday and the Weekend with be processed and shipped Monday excluding Holidays. We pride our company on quality and fast shipping.


After your order is placed you will receive an email from Misstyx.com. including tracking information. In addition, you may receive an email if additional information is needed or if there is a problem with your order. No international shipping. Orders shipped to Colorado are subject to s 2.9% state sales tax.
